Privacy

In short: we do not collect personal data about you. There are no accounts and no analytics in our games. Your progress is stored on your device and nowhere else. The only data that leaves your phone is the ad request handled by Google AdMob, and you can limit that yourself.

What we collect ourselves
Nothing. Our games have no sign-in, no user accounts and no analytics SDK. We operate no servers that receive data from the games, so there is nothing on our side to store, share or lose.
What is stored on your device
Scores, records, progress and settings are written to your phone's local storage. They never leave the device, we cannot read them, and they are removed when you uninstall the game.
Advertising
The games are free and funded by advertising through Google AdMob. Google acts as an independent controller for the data collected when an ad is requested and shown. To do that, Google may process:

Google describes this in its own privacy policy, and publishes the list of AdMob advertising partners.
Turning off personalised ads
- iOS: the system asks for permission to track you across apps the first time you play. If you decline, only non-personalised ads are shown. You can change your mind at any time under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads, where you can reset the advertising identifier or turn off personalisation.
- In the EU and EEA a consent dialog appears before any ad loads. Declining personalisation gives you ads that are not based on a profile; the game itself is unaffected.
Children
Our games are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If a child plays, we suggest turning off personalised ads using the steps above and using the parental controls available in the App Store and Google Play.
Sharing
We do not sell data and we share none beyond the advertising described above. There are no tracking pixels, third-party analytics or social embeds in our games.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to know what data is processed about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to the processing. Since we store no data about you, we are not able to identify you — for data linked to your advertising identifier, please contact Google, or reset the identifier in your device settings. You are always welcome to write to us at hi@ninelamps.com, and you have the right to complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection.
Changes
If this policy is updated we change the date at the top, and anything significant is also mentioned in the game's release notes.
